Questions
How are the accounts found?
From the links on the site's own homepage, usually its header and footer. Share and login links are ignored, so what's left are the accounts it points people to.
Why is an account missing?
If the site doesn't link it, we don't guess. A full report also searches each platform for accounts that carry the brand's name or link back to the site.
Can I see their followers and posts?
A growth report measures each account: followers, recent posts' views and engagement, and how often they post, and tracks them over time.
Is it free?
Yes, a few dozen checks a day, with no sign-up.
