Website tech stack and tracking pixel checker

A website technology checker for growth: paste any site to see the ad pixels it loads, its analytics, payment, email and affiliate tools, read from its homepage.

What it does

A website tech stack checker reads a site's homepage HTML and lists the tools it loads: ad pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Reddit), analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel), site builders, payments, email and affiliate software. An ad pixel is a strong hint that the site buys ads on that network.

How to use it

  1. Paste a websiteA domain like notion.com or any page's link.
  2. We read its homepageOur server loads the public page once, like a browser would, and looks for the scripts and tags known tools leave behind. No AI and no paid data.
  3. See what it runsAd pixels with their ids, analytics, the site builder, payments, email and affiliate tools. A Meta or TikTok pixel usually means they run ads there.

Questions

How do you know which pixels a site uses?

Each tool leaves a recognisable tag in the page: Meta's fbq('init', …) with the pixel id, TikTok's ttq.load, Google Ads' AW- ids, LinkedIn's Insight tag. We look for those in the homepage's HTML.

Why is a tool missing?

Some sites load tags later through a tag manager, or only on checkout pages, or block servers. We read the homepage as sent, so anything added afterwards by scripts may not show.

Does a Meta pixel mean they run Meta ads?

It means they measure Meta ad traffic, which almost always means they run ads or plan to. A full report checks Meta's Ad Library for the ads themselves.

How many sites can I check?

A few dozen a day for free. A full growth report checks every channel, not only the homepage.
